Devin Lightner photographer, videographer, and overall creator from Charlotte, NC, who’s now based in Brooklyn, NY.

In May of 2016, he graduated from Virginia State University, where he majored in Mass Communications and minored in Business Marketing and Philosophy.

Through his previous internships and study abroad experiences, he has photographed and written pieces published in media outlets such as TMZ, Complex, Vibe, BK Nation, Utne Reader, and more. In addition, he has organized and produced fundraisers and been the cinematographer and editor on various projects.

Devin was the editor of a short film titled, 'Doorman,' which was produced with a team in Cannes, France during the bustling environment at the Cannes Film Festival.

Ultimately, he has an appreciation for art, culture, and the environment, which developed from his travels to the South of France, Monaco, Italy, Oman, and The United Arab Emirates. During his travels, he became culturally aware of how to connect with diverse audiences, discovered how effective media is to reach communities, and by witnessing poverty at an international level, gained a desire to want to help those not just in his backyard, but globally.
